Sarah worked for me as a Cattery Assistant for many years until I retired and closed Blackberry Cattery in Lingfield. Sarah is very reliable, honest and a top class assitant. Sarah has looked after Billy, our long haired black and white cat for many years and he was always very happy to see her. Unfortunately, we recently lost Billy after a short illness. 

We always appreciated the care and attention Sarah gave Billy whilst we were away enjoying ourselves. He was quite a shy cat, but friendly to those who fed him and made a fuss of him.

We will miss him very much, but would highly recommend Sarah to anyone wanting their cat looked after in their own home.

Sarah has looked after my cats Millie and Mojo 3 times this year so far and always provides excellent service. I resued my cats from the RSPCA and don't want to send them to a cattery in case it brings back memories for them of being incarcerated.

The cats always look happy and healthy when I return and I know she spends time with them each visit, as well as feeding them and cleaning out their litter. She has quickly spotted their individual personalities and quirks too and sends photos of them plus text messages whilst I am away.

Sarah is always happy to do other tasks whilst she is here and empties my post box, feeds the fish in the pond and waters my precious bonsai trees. Nothing is too much trouble and it is always good to know someone is checking the house regularly too in our absence.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to any cat owner looking to have their cat(s) looked after in their own home.

I can't recommend Purrfect Paws enough. Sarah is a lovely lady that clearly enjoys caring for animals. It was so nice to know that our pets were safe and cared for in our home environment whilst we were on holiday. Sarah even kept us updated with pictures as requested whilst we were away. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, she was more than happy to care for our pets as we usually do and kindly put our bin out for collection too. We would highly recommend Sarah. She is a kind, caring and knowledgable cat feeder. Our 14 year old cat Toffee adored her. On our first meeting with Sarah, Toffee went straight up to Sarah and introduced herself. Always a good sign!

On our recent holiday, Sarah kept us updated regularly with photos and cat antics. My children love knowing our pet is happy back at home. Toffee has to have medication added to her food twice a day which Sarah had no problem doing.

Our two cats, Wilf and Vic, are fussy little chaps who are not keen to leave home when we go on holiday. So they were happy to have Sarah from Purrfect Paws looking after them when we went away for a week. She even managed to make friends with Vic, who is not normally a sociable cat. Sarah looked after my 2 cats for 3 months and her care is 100% plus. She also collected my mail and extra items from the vets and supermarket. When I extended my trip at the very last minute, Sarah stepped in and smoothly took care of everything. She sent me lovely photos throughout my trip and I could leave them without any hesitation knowing Sarah's professionalism was in place.

This is my 2nd time using Sarah's services and I will be using Purrfect Paws again.
